It seems to me that we’re all becoming super-aware of what we eat these days.  From aquaculture to the slow food movement, from fighting Monsanto to lobbying for better nutrition in schools, the awareness only continues to grow.

The ironic thing is that our country continues to push super-sized processed foods and ridiculous menu items that are far from being beneficial.

In this series, I attempt to strip it all back and examine the double-edged sword that is the polarization of our food industry.
